The "High Composer" is a drum-type fermentation dryer that allows for various operations depending on the moisture content of the raw materials. The horizontal fermentation tank rotates supported by the tires and rollers of the outer cylinder, preventing undue stress. Once started, it operates at approximately 1/5 A (ampere) of the starting torque during normal operation.
